Fantastic service from Mark at Regal. From the first conversation he was professional, transparent and very helpful with all my questions. I had a really positive experience at Regal when choosing my fiances engagement ring. My appointment was with Mark and he was excellent throughout. He talked me through all the styles, settings and details clearly, and although I already had a rough idea of the stone shape and size, his advice helped me make a few decisions I wouldnt have thought of myself.
The ring turned out perfectly, and with a fairly tight timescale it was ready a couple of days early.
Overall the whole process much easier than I expected, and Id definitely recommend Regal and especially Mark.

I cant recommend this jeweller enough. From that very first email to the recent resizing they have been nothing short of outstanding. Marks clear, patient and detailed responses to my emails separated Regal from the 10 other jewellers on Hatton Gardens I was in contact with. The other two colleagues I met were also amazing and so kind. The ring needed resizing, which took 3 business days and my future wife absolutely adores the ring. Thanks Mark and Regal!
