William was brilliant, soon got us booked in and when he came, he thoroughly explained how our boiler worked (we had just moved in) and carried out its yearly service.

Having only fairly recently moved to the area, its great to have found our go to team for all things heating and plumbing. Will be using them for future projects and any issues without question.

Initially called William at Allstar because of concerns with my underfloor heating.
He identified the problem without hesitation and advised other areas in great need of improvement, which have already made a significant, noticeable difference.
I cannot speak highly enough of both him and Ashley. Both were very polite, professional, tidy and punctual.

Called out Allstar for a broken-down boiler which had been on its last legs for a while. They were the quickest company to respond, came straight out, organised a replacement boiler and installed it quickly and professionally. Absolutely 5-star customer service and looked after us really well, highly recommend!

I called Allstar Systems at 5.00 in the morning when I found that my boiler was malfunctioning. William identified the problem and talked me through the process in making sure the house was safe and secure. The next day his team installed a new cylinder and I was impressed how swiftly the company resolved this problem and took the stress out of a really stressful situation. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Another great service from all star plumbing had my washing machine move and up and run in in no time and even got me a out side tap sorted and give me really good a voice for the future new bathroom definitely will be use in them again thanks

First class service when our old boiler broke down. Reliable, on time and exceedingly friendly. What looked like a substantial job to me was finished in under a day. All paperwork, registration and extended warranty came through exactly as promised.

Last year we had an issue with our boiler, Installers couldn't sort it out and was costing too much money with the the repairs. That's when we found Allstar systems, and our boiler never had any issue since last year,. We have booked for the annual service again this year and the service was again much satisfying. Two weeks before Christmas and our unvented mains hot water tank died.
Allstar visited within a couple of days and not only deemed it terminal but that it had been installed incorrectly, illegally, by the original plumber.
Within a week they had sourced a new tank and installed in line with the building regulations.
One cannot ask for better service than that.

If you want, or have got an unvented mains hot water tank, ("Megaflow"), these are your guys. They have the essential additional qualifications over and above the usual "Gas Safe" one.

Really great service, very efficient and prompt, very happy with our new radiator and all other jobs such as removal of old gas heater and the plumbing that was sorted in the kitchen is fab. Would highly recommend. Thanks for the great work!

Allstar have been brilliant whenever Ive needed them. William came out really quickly to fix some issues and restart my mums oil fired boiler, so that she wasnt left for a 4th night without heat, after a long wait for an oil delivery in winter. He came round soon after the oil arrived, and was outside in minus temps, on a dark night to get it all running for her. He went above and beyond to help.
Recently, he also came out urgently on a weekend, to stop a leak on my dads gas boiler. He then checked the whole system out to make sure it was safe, and found a couple of important issues which he dealt with straight away. The heating and boiler now runs more efficiently, and he gave advice for future improvements, without being at all pushy. He really knows his craft and explains things easily to you.

Ive found them to be incredibly helpful, trustworthy, reliable and well priced. A rare find these days! I am a genuine customer with no personal connection, and I highly recommend them.

Will and his team did an excellent job of installing an unvented cylinder, upgrading the central heating system and a new boiler. He also helped to replace new kitchen and bath taps.

Allstar has just finished a major overhaul of our complex heating system. They have done a superb job and are really nice people to work with and have in your home. Friendly Norfolk family company who I cant recommend more highly.

I found Allstar Systems via Which? Trusted Traders, they looked good so I contacted them and asked for a quote for the installation of an unvented hot water tank, which I accepted. They turned up when they said they would and just worked solidly. Will made several suggestions, which I agreed to, and I asked for some extra work to be done. In all it took them 5 days but now I have high pressure hot water system (decent showers!), a pressurised, zoned, filtered and cleaned heating system, a whole-house water conditioner and some awkward pipes given better routing (which was actually quite complicated). They were all very friendly, knowledgable and skilled, they cleaned up after themselves, they even removed their shoes every time they came into the house! They are now the only plumbers I will call. I had a 6 year old thermal store cylinder which failed and flooded my kitchen and dining room. I contacted Allstar Systems and William came round the same evening to discuss options. I now have an efficient unvented hot water system along side a fully pumped sealed s-plan heating system with the cylinder relocated next to the boiler. New pipe work was required due to the relocation of the cylinder which left very little visible disruption. The installation was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I was kept informed of all changes. Im extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate in using the company again or recommending them.

We had a burst pipe in our central heating system. Will from Allstars came out late at night and at short notice. The service was professional, timely and top notch. Thank you Will and the team.

Fast response on a Saturday call out. We were able to identify the fault via phone call which enabled me to get a part in advance before supplier closed for business. The service and repair also highlighted installation faults which needed recifying to prevent further similar issues reoccuring.

My oldish combi boiler broke during the recent cold spell. Will attended out-of-hours on the day that I called him. He swiftly diagnosed the problem and discussed in detail the options of an attempted repair or a new boiler. I was given ample time and information to make my decision. I chose the latter and it was installed and working within a week. Will is courteous, respectful, responsive and knowledgeable. The work was completed to a very high standard and my house was left clean and tidy. I am very happy to highly recommend Allstar Systems.

allstar recently replaced my boiler. Amazing service from the most professional team. Could not recommend them enough. Will was very clear on the phone and had a brilliant manner. Ashley completed the work quickly and to the best standard. We now have a top of the range Worcester bosch boiler supplied with a 10 year guarantee. We will be using them in the future to replace our bathrooms.

Called Allstar Systems for an emergency call out to check the boiler and oven, after our carbon monoxide alarm went off. Will was upfront with the cost, came as quickly as he was able to, and kept in touch with us when he was running behind schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our boiler and did a thorough check for any carbon monoxide. Would recommend to anyone who requires help with their boiler/heating systems.

Will and the team changed out our complete heating system from an older less efficient oil boiler and water tank system for an energy efficient Bosch combo oil boiler, whilst removing our loft installed water tanks. All completed over two long days and we now have an energy saving pressurised system. We had a full flush before commissioning. An excellent all round system and a perfect installation. Contacted Allstar Systems with a problem in a tenanted property. The tenant was complaining of a loud 'foghorn' type of noise when running the hot water system.

Will responded to my call immediately and promptly attended the property, identifying the problem as a faulty ball valve which was then replaced.

From beginning to end, Will was efficient, polite and professional. I would thoroughly recommend using Allstar Systems again.

Allstar Systems installed a new replacement gas boiler for me a couple of years ago in my new home in Norwich and they have completed the annual service on it twice since then. All is going well, and I am very pleased to have a new (and much more efficient) Worcester Bosch condensing combo boiler installed, especially since the recent drastic increase in the cost of my gas by over 90 percent in April 2022!

Will and his team were totally professional in all that they did.
Worked solidly for 2 weeks to complete all of our works, including some late nights.
