We recognise that landlords hold a statutory duty to ensure gas safety certificates are in place. The CP12 certificate remains valid for 12 months, confirming appliances, flues and pipework are safe. Couldn't have been happier with the service we received. From the start it was a positive experience . Mitchell Thomas came out and quickly gave us a very fair estimate and commencement date. Mitch is a very friendly, tidy and professional tradesman. Quick to respond to our request and forward clear value for money quotes. Having contact MLT Plumbing and Heating regarding a boiler service and repair of a leaking bathroom tap, Mitchell Thomas came round as promised and carried out the necessary work in a professional manner and provided full information when requested. His work was excellent and carried out in a very efficient manner. The price for the work was very reasonable and I was very impressed. It was a pleasure to a) have a plumber who turns up and b) one who carries out work in such a fast, but thorough manner. So it's 5 stars all round !. Definitely be recommending him.

Our boiler kept struggling to fire and we had to reset it every time we wanted hot water. Landlord sent a plumber round who basically said it'd be a very costly job and a long fix! A few months down the line Mitch came over and had sorted the issue in about an hour, no more resetting the boiler every 10 mins! He was very friendly and even offered to help move our wardrobe back into place as we moved it to access the boiler. Would definitely recommend!

We needed an annual routine boiler service and after reading the fab reviews and having a quick look on the website I was more than happy to give MLT plumbing and heating a go. I was able to sort everything out via email with Mitchell Thomas which made my life so much easier. I would get a response almost immediately. I would highly recommend using MLT and will definitely be using his services again, when I next need them. Extremely professional, quick and easy and a great price.

Mitch provided a speedy and clear quote (which he quickly adjusted when I messed him around!) and was able to meet my requested start date with no problems. The installation of my new boiler (and other minor jobs) was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of mess. He explained everything he was doing as the job progressed and when it turned out there was a minor (manufacturer's) problem with the boiler he was proactive in arranging an engineer to attend and provided ongoing assistance throughout that appointment as well. All around he was a pleasure to deal with and I can thoroughly recommend him to any potential customers.
