Was able to identify the broken part in my PC (the mobo), was a very fast turnaround of a couple days and after replacing the faulty part, my PC is up and running. Price was reasonable and overall much cheaper than buying parts to test myself.

Jay did a fantastic job rescuing my aging 13yr old Lenovo Thinkpad, which suddenly slowed down, making it impossible for me to work (HD Video Editing, Pshop, Lightroom). I considered investing in a new Laptop, but with similar spec it would have cost me way over 1,000.

I spilled water on my laptop keyboard earlier this week which eventually broke the computer. Unfortunately, recovering the data on my old hardrive is an expensive job and one which requires the drive to be sent to a specialist lab due to the nature of the damage. However, Jay managed to repair and reset the laptop in record time. I contacted Jay in the morning and he had checked, cleaned, diagnosed and repaired the laptop by late afternoon. Excellent, fast and professional service.
