Towards the end of last year, I had to have rendering repaired on the side wall of the house. This was done very badly by another Company and Mogfords then came to my rescue by being able to rectify the work extremely well indeed. It was all managed very efficiently and the teams doing the work were all very pleasant and helpful.

Mogfords have just completed a job for me replacing a flat felted roof with a pitched and tiled roof with two veluxes.Very pleased with the end result.The work was undertaken skilfully and with great care by Mogfords team.They explained daily what they planned to do and kept me informed every step of the way. Can thoroughly recommend them. The bill was fair and reasonable as well.

Work done was well done and reasonably priced, but failed to sort out our problem, which was rectified by employing another company. (They replaced a thermostat that we believe wasn't faulty, but failed to spot a faulty sensor that was the problem)
But main problem is the late invoicing - the bill was sent almost a year late - Seems to be common theme with this company now looking at past reviews.

Mogford Prescott have worked on three projects for us which has included: roofing; carpentry; plumbing; damp-work/rendering; painting/decorating. All of the team are professional with attention to detail and they are polite and friendly. They know their craft so I felt I could just let them get on with the task in hand. And to top that, they always tidy up at the end of each day so there is minimal disruption.
