Honestly amazing well worth the money you can tase the hard work and dedication in the food it’s self, me I was lucky enough to tried two of the pies one was steak and stillton(blue me away) and the other ham leak and chinkin( belove me I was clicking for more, staff are friendly and well mannered timing is fast pace, will deffo be recommending and having my fingers crossed they come to my pub again

We booked Tom as our wedding caterer at Willow Marsh Farm and it was the best decision! The food was simply amazing and we had so many compliments. Multiple guests said it was the best wedding breakfast they'd ever had! Before the day, we went to 2 testing events where we were able to try a range of options before finally deciding our menu (we used one of the canapés we tried on our final menu because it was so good!). We loved how Tom created the menu based on a questionnaire we filled in and he came up with ideas we wouldn't have even thought of that we loved! Callum and the team were also really attentive on the day and all emails were responded to promptly. If you need a caterer, definitely book Thomas the Caterer, you won't regret it!

If you are going to do one thing for your wedding, book Thomas the caterer! From the very start of booking Tom and his team to the big day, the communication and service was fantastic! From the excitement of choosing a unique menu, tasting, the final details to the actual day it was absolutely awesome!! All our guests have complimented the food and service - thank you so much to Tom, Callum and the Team for helping our day be everything we wished for, and more!! Just unreal!

We had the most incredible wedding day! From start to finish, Callum and the team were amazing and delivered more than we could have expected. The food was a massive hit with everyone, including those with dietary requirements! We wish we could do it all again, just so we could eat those delicious pies one more time. We can safely say that the food has been a post wedding topic of conversation & not a single person left hungry!

Fantastic food & brilliant service! Tom & the team created a wonderful bespoke menu for our wedding day including mouth watering canapés and a delicious wedding breakfast. This was perfect for us as we weren’t too keen on having a super traditional wedding breakfast, so went for a sharing tapas style starter, pulled pork & macaroni cheese main, then a chocolate delice for dessert! All our guests loved the food, we had so many lovely comments!
We also love how organised the team at TTC were throughout the process, especially when it came to dietary requirements and checking in with us on the lead up to the wedding.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Thomas, Lynsey, Callum & all the team from myself and my husband, Dan for creating our beautifully, delicious menu for our special day. It was so perfect for our festival style wedding and went so well with our vibe for the day.
We loved trying the menu that Thomas had created specially for us back in November & really enjoyed meeting him & having him cook our menu for us. We were so excited for our guests to share it with us on our wedding day. We've had so much fantastic feedback on all the food from the day & wanted to pass that onto you. It was all so good and tasty.
We can't wait to get all our pictures from our photographers as they will have some great pictures from all the delicious food. This is normally something that I would get but I didn't have my phone with me on the day.

From the moment we chatted with Thomas and Lynsey at TTC, we knew that we wanted to book them for our wedding.
Thomas himself is so energetic, engaging and creative. He was able to take our muddle of ideas and turn it into a menu that we, and our guests, absolutely loved! We knew we wanted the more traditional plated course-style menu, but with a casual twist.
The end result was better than we could have ever imagined when we first started thinking about our catering options; a trio of tacos as our starter, an incredible fried chicken, mac and cheese, fries, pickles, slaw, burnt ends and corn ribs main, and a sharing dessert board of warm donuts, brownies, lemon meringue and profiteroles! It was SO delicious, and we were so excited to serve this to our guests, and to tuck into it ourselves, too!
Lynsey was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She took our ever-changing number of guests, courses, and dishes in her stride and was always so enthusiastic, polite and professional. A dream to work with - thank you so much for you patience!

From the very first phone consultation we had with Thomas we knew the food was going to be amazing, and we weren't disappointed on the day. Thomas knew exactly what food we wanted from the little ideas we gave him, and what would work with our venue. On the day his team worked so hard to make sure our guests had everything they needed. All the food was served on time, and no one was waiting long in between courses. The food itself was to the highest quality, and we had so many guests tell us how brilliant the food was. We would recommend Thomas the Caterer to anyone who asked.

STREET FOOD SENSATION
We wanted a relaxed, fun and informal wedding which is why we chose street food options from Thomas The Caterer.
We were really looking forward to the food, especially after going to a taster night at The Old Cow Shed and loving every.single.dish. It's hard to choose what to have when you want everything on the menu but we settled with a couple of crowd pleasers and a nod to our favourite trip to Thailand.
All of our guests said how yummy the Thai Curry, Fish n Chips and Nachos were and they loved that they could go and get a variety of grub whenever they fancied instead of the traditional 3 course sit down meal.
The flavours and portion sizes were perfect and a really reasonable price.
Everyone in the team was friendly, energetic and kept us all happily fed and hydrated all whilst miraculously keeping the place tidy.
Even the backstage staff were awesome, well organised and catered to every request we had.
A well *olive* oiled machine who kept the whole process stress free and fun.

Thomas and team catered our wedding in May this year and we couldn’t be more happy! They created a sharing feast for all our guests - specific to our tastes and had some really creative ideas! Meals were presented beautifully and we had feedback from so many guests how delicious the meal was! Callum the front of house manager was so organised, happy to answer all our questions whenever needed and made everything run smoothly on the day. They also accommodated moving dates during the Covid pandemic and were more than generous in accommodating us reducing our numbers as well. Huge thanks to the whole team for helping to make our wedding day so special! Xx

Thomas and team opt to get to know the bride and groom, and then prepare a bespoke menu for you. They were really helpful with questions and details and covered everything we needed! They were brilliant on the day, and even showed some of the very young guests where the food was coming from. They also handled the bar and waste removal, helped with the cake and effectively made alterations to bring the price into budget! We love Thomas The Caterer!!

From start to finish, Thomas and his team were amazing at delivering a wedding breakfast that was us down to a tea! We talked through all our favourite foods and Thomas created a menu across all different cuisines for our day. Everyone at our wedding commented on how amazing the food was from Asian canapés, to an antipasti board, to pork belly & finally a chocolate trio of desserts. The service on the day was outstanding. We can’t recommend enough!!

Thomas the Caterer provided the food services for our wedding this July. They were extremely accommodating to what we were looking for in our food service and throughout the process of deciding the menu, Thomas was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about the ideas we wanted to implement.
On the day of the wedding, all the provided catering staff were friendly and enthusiastic and were all on hand to make sure every one of our guests had a great time, and had enough to eat and drink. I couldn't recommend them enough as the whole experience was truly fantastic and built upon what was already a special day.

From start to finish, the whole process was a breeze. We had a meeting with Thomas himself, who helped us create a unique menu, including absolutely anything we wanted. His guidance and suggestions when we were unsure what went together were perfect. We have had so many people tell us how amazing our wedding meal was, and even asked for the sausage recipe!! Communication was great, speedy responses and all staff went out of their way to make one part of the wedding process totally stress free!

When Simon proposed after 10 years and 2 kids and many, many home-cooked and meals out together our first thought was ‘we want awesome food!’. It’s safe to say, food is one of the intrinsic aspects of our relationship.
Fran got googling venues and came away underwhelmed at the menu choices on offer. So she started googling independent and often supposedly ‘bespoke’ caterers coming away with the same sinking feeling after reading through endless, uninspiring set menus.
She then stumbled across Thomas.
From the first phone-call where Thomas apologised that the phone-call was ‘a little late’ (a couple of minutes), he was was ‘having a debate about cheese’ to the box of treats and questionnaire to get know us all culminating in a delicious nibble filled meeting at Thomas Towers, we knew we had found the right Caterer.
Thomas really spends the time to get to know his clients, making the process genuinely fun and resulting in the most perfect, personal food for your big day.
Callum and the front of house team could not be faulted, helping us set up the day before the wedding, making the marquee look perfect. Service was seemless and drink and food just seemed to flow out of the kitchen.

Wow wow wow! We found Thomas through the Wedding Industry Awards when looking for a caterer and were blown away from the moment of the first consultation. Sitting down with him to personally design our wedding menu was one of the real highlights of the entire process and it only got better from there. Our parents joined us for a wonderful evening at the menu tasting and we felt so warmly welcome. The food was delicious but, somehow, even better on the day itself! All (and I mean all!!) of our guests were raving about it and Thomas' creativity and skill shone through in absolutely every dish. The team are also absolutely brilliant, with a particular mention for Callum and Lynsey who put up with all of my pre-wedding queries (and reassured me several times on the point of a cake knife :D) and Callum and team were truly exceptional on the day. Amazing team creating incredible food - we are so lucky to have found them!

Thomas catered for our wedding at the end of July. We had canapés, three course wedding breakfast and evening food too - ALL of which was AMAZING!! Everything was delivered bang on time and tasted fabulous! There were so many canapés that we didn't even manage to eat them all! Thomas is so accommodating - he talked us through our favourite foods and we designed our own menu with him. We had sharer plates for starter and the chocolate brownie sundaes went down a storm! Thomas and the team made our wedding just perfect. The food was incredibly tasty and presented really beautifully. We had sharing platters, and they were bursting with colour, flavour, and spice. Thomas and his team were so friendly and fun to have around, and were a pleasure to work with in the lead up to the big day. We just wish we could have another wedding so we could eat it all again!
