We remain flexible when arranging appointments and seek to accommodate commercial requirements as well as domestic working hours. With professional-grade equipment on location, most sharpening visits are completed within about sixty minutes, although this depends upon the quantity and condition of the items. Clients are asked to inspect their sharpened tools before we leave, and any required alteration is completed immediately.
