We are a specialist paediatric clinic in Knaresborough, providing childrens therapy services to families throughout Yorkshire, including Harrogate, York and Leeds. Our experienced team supports children with complex neurological, developmental and sensory needs through an integrated, transdisciplinary approach. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy are brought together within one specialist service, enabling us to address different aspects of a childs needs through shared functional goals. Our support is centred on functional independence, communication, movement, sensory needs and engagement across home and education. Where appropriate, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Specialist SEN teachers work collaboratively to provide coordinated support. We also work alongside families, schools, social care, local authorities and statutory services where relevant.
Our clinical provision includes neurological and developmental Physiotherapy, MSK and orthopaedic support, integrated therapy assessments, Sensory Integration, intensive therapy blocks and the TheraSuit Method. A detailed initial assessment enables us to understand a childs functional needs and consider family priorities before recommending treatment. We provide support around EHCP reports, targeted interventions and planned outcomes where appropriate. Treatment may take place through clinic appointments, with home and school visits available within relevant Physiotherapy provision. Intensive programmes offer concentrated, goal-focused practice supporting motor learning, strength, postural control and functional movement, while our TheraSuit Method programme combines specialist equipment with individualised movement practice.

We provide specialist therapy assessments for children and young people with complex neurological, developmental, physical, sensory and communication needs. Our integrated assessment considers how these needs affect everyday function, independence, education and engagement. Where appropriate, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and specialist SEN teachers contribute to the assessment process. 
We provide intensive paediatric therapy through focused treatment blocks and repeated therapeutic practice, working towards clearly defined functional goals. Each programme is tailored to the childs physical presentation, developmental needs and family priorities. Our therapists use concentrated input to support motor learning, strengthening, muscle tone and postural control. Treatment remains centred on meaningful functional outcomes. 
Our Intensive Neuro Functional Strengthening programme uses the TheraSuit Method to deliver structured, intensive movement practice over a planned treatment period. We work with each family to establish individual goals before therapy begins. Treatment may address limited gross motor skills, reduced postural tone, sensory awareness and general muscle weakness, while activities are selected according to clinical needs.
