Owen from Athertons assisted with our house purchase, from the very beginning, Owen and the team was incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. After 15 months of looking and starting processes and having them fall through, it was through Owen and his team that we finally got our keys yesterday and the whole process took 7 weeks!!

We used Athertons estate agents after we an unsuccessful 6 month period with a previous agent. Athertons got our property listed very quickly with high quality photos and the result was a sale within 3 weeks. During the selling process, Sam was very active in helping us with queries or chasing queries and providing updates when we requested. We really appreciated the effort he put into this over the 6 month 4 way chain we were in.

We selected Athertons as a local agent and having reviewed other agents they came out highly rated and very competitive on fees. From the point of calling things moved quickly with an initial consultation on the approach that would best suit our property and circumstances. The photographs and presentation were very professional and appeared quickly on Rightmove.
After a few hours we had two viewings and sold the same day having achieved a higher that anticipated offer so extremely happy with the outcome.
The team at Athertons also went above and beyond with vetting, co-ordination up the chain, and answering any questions we had as they cropped up. Recommended and would not hesitate to use again!

This is the second time I have used Athertons Estate agents in the past 8 years and again they didn't disappoint, the service they provide feels personal and professional and nothing is too much trouble. From the first meeting there were no time pressures and everything was done at my pace with minimal disruption. Sam Garlick the agent that was dealing with our house was amazingly supportive of every little bump in the road and corner we turned and he was always available at the end of the phone or I just had to drop him a email and it was done.
