Great experience from start to finish. The team worked incredibly quickly but still took real careespecially in the kitchen where every item was individually wrapped and protected. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They were also completely transparent about costs, which made the whole process stress-free. Friendly, professional, and efficientwould definitely recommend!

I used Ed Kowalski Removals for my move from Exeter to Swindon, and honestly, it went smoother than I expected. Moving from a 4-bedroom house is no small job, but the team handled everything really well. I chose the packing service, and it was definitely worth it everything was carefully packed the day before. The next day, they moved everything and had it unloaded by the afternoon. No stress, no damage, everything arrived safely. Shout out to Ed and his team. As a parent of an international student in Exeter. Yesterday Ed & his team came to our rescue when the company originally booked to take my daughters items to London said they will deliver 4 days after pickup date.This after confirming that she needs items delivered the following day as agreed when getting her quote.
With no hesitation Ed said he will arrange a driver to collect and transport her items to London. Fast and efficient!!

Exactly how I hoped these guys would be. They turned up on time worked quickly and were smiley and good natured. Whilst they were careful they just cracked on with zero huffing and puffing.
Unfortunately for removers we have a number of awkward heavy pieces of furniture but nothing phased them. The folk moving into our place pitched up with 5 or 6 guys with a similar amount of stuff to ourselves but our stuff was shifted by just two guys arguably quicker !
The acid test came right at the end of the day after removal and relocating our possessions in the new place. My wife decided a couple of heavy things would be better in a different room. I was up for leaving them but again still smiling the guys said no problem and shifted heavy furniture into different rooms. I honestly cant fault these guys and so Ceaser and Shane (working for Ed Kowalski) a huge thank you again for doing what you do. Highly recommended!

Collected and delivered a sofa to me, he was an absolute gem.
It turned out to be more of a struggle than anticipated for a couple of reasons:
Firstly it wouldn't fit in the lift, so he had to get this sofa upstairs to the second floor all by himself, which he did! It was bigger than expected (I know, that's what she said...)
Secondly it wouldn't fit through the stairway door so he had to dismantle part of the sofa. He then kindly put it back together for me when in place in the living room.
The man is a hero and was very lovely about this throughout the whole process.

I recently used Ed's services. They took care of our case from the very beginning, starting with a free valuation. It was a full move of a four bedroom house with full packing of the entire house and garage. The kitchen was packed perfectly, nothing was damaged and we had a lot of delicate things. Perfect furniture packing. The move took two days, but we went through the entire process without stress and were sure that it was a good move. I recommend Ed because it is a very good choice in my case with a fair price. I recommend.

I'm overwhelmingly pleased with the removal service by Ed and his team. I've been dreading this move for months and I'm stunned at the ease and pace of which they carried it out. As a buyer and lover of mid-century furniture I've spent a fair amount of time being anxious about how my furniture will travel, especially given that I'm moving into a yurt in the woods. They navigated some very, very difficult terrain, including twisting staircases built into the ground and a very steep and narrow incline.
Very polite, mindful, hard workers. I really couldn't recommend them enough. They were able to move me not long after my inquiry and were amazing value for money.
I felt at ease throughout and I'm amazed that it only took the morning to do so.

The best removal company in Exeter area. The communication was fantastic from the get go, I got the quote for the job quickly over email and it was possible to schedule a service the same week. The job itself was executed quickly and extremely well. I asked for a sofa to be carried onto a second floor through a very narrow corridor and this was executed flawlessly. The rate for the work was also very reasonable. I can't recommend them enough.
