A leak developed in our boiler the weekend between Christmas and New Year. I called Taylor Plumbing, who we have used before and had installed the boiler about 6 years ago, and they came out on the Monday. They diagnosed the problem and said it was a warranty issue. Lawrence Taylor called Ideal (the boiler company) for us, explained the problem and Ideal came round the following day and fixed it under waranty. Taylor Plumbing were very helpful, polite and friendly when they visited. Since it was a waranty issue they decided not to charge for a callout which is amazing service. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

I had an underfloor heating thermostat issue just before Christmas. A quick call to Taylor Plumbing and they squeezed in an appointment at the end of their working day. Lawrence and Issac came out, prompt, polite and professional! They sorted the issue and replaced the thermostat within the hour! Highly recommend!
