At Flair Studio, we are a dynamic, young, and independent architecture and interior design studio specializing in creating bespoke residential and commercial interiors. Based in West London, our RIBA chartered practice was founded in 2019 by Federico Schilling, an architect with 20 years of experience across residential, retail, and hospitality projects.

Architecture Services
Our architecture services include feasibility studies and site appraisals, concept design for new buildings, refurbishments, and extensions, developed design and budget analysis, applications for pre-planning, planning, and listed building consents, liaison with local authorities, London estates, landlords, and managing agents, market analysis, and presentations to clients, sales agents, and investors.
Interior Design Services
Our interior design services include tailored interior design to suit your vision, brand identity, creative direction, and concept development, detailed drawings packages including kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, and joinery, sourcing and procurement of finishes, fixtures, and furniture, visualization and presentation services including CGIs, 3D sketches, walkthroughs, and more, and an extensive network of suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers.
Project Management Services
Our project management services include pre-construction and construction technical design and tendering process, principal designer role during the pre-construction phase, architectural services during construction, project management services, lead designer role, and contract administration services.
About Federico Schilling
Federico Schilling founded Flair Studio in 2019. He qualified as an architect in Milan in 2001 and worked extensively in Hamburg and Milan, moving to London in 2014 where he worked at David Collins Studio before founding Flair Studio. Federico has gained extensive experience in high-end interior design, particularly within the retail field, leading the retail development for brands such as Ermenegildo Zegna and Roberto Cavalli.
