Our Story
Primo Piano and the Primo School of Music in Cardiff was founded in 2012 by Tim Riley, an experienced composer and arranger with over twenty-five years of experience. Tim's vision was to create a unique group-teaching system that combines the best practices of one-to-one piano teaching with more progressive group teaching techniques. With a passion for music and a commitment to excellence, Tim has evolved a system that has proven to be highly effective in helping children learn to play the piano.
Our Teachers
Our team of experienced piano teachers are hand-picked for their passion, expertise, and ability to inspire young minds. They undergo rigorous initial training, ongoing training, and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of teaching. With a maximum of four students per class, our teachers are able to provide personalized attention and guidance, helping each child to reach their full potential.
