Our luxury caravans offer fully equipped, double-glazed accommodations with central heating and premium Wi-Fi. Available in 2- and 3-bedroom layouts, they feature en-suite bathrooms, sea views, and private decking areas for alfresco dining. Designed for comfort, these caravans cater to families and couples seeking a high-end coastal retreat.
Static Caravan Sales
We sell new and pre-loved static caravans on premium pitches with sea or countryside views. Models include 2023 ABI Roecliffe and 2024 ABI Keswick, offering modern interiors and access to onsite facilities. Owners benefit from a tranquil environment and proximity to Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay.
Seasonal Touring
Our seasonal touring park provides 62 pitches with heated toilet and shower facilities, baby baths, and dishwashing areas. Located in a peaceful setting, it offers easy access to coastal walks and local attractions, ideal for campers visiting the Yorkshire Heritage Coast.
Onsite Caf
The independently operated Coast Caf Bar serves breakfast, lunch, and evening meals in a seaside-themed setting. Guests enjoy themed nights, live entertainment, and a south-facing terrace with sea views, enhancing the holiday experience with relaxed dining options.
Wildlife Trails

We offer luxury caravans (2-3 bedrooms), glamping pods, and a 5-star holiday cottage. All include modern amenities and sea views.
Are pets allowed on the parks?
We do not accept pets, except registered assistance dogs, to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
What facilities are available for families?
Family-friendly features include play areas, an adventure golf course, wildlife trails, and a games room with air hockey and pool tables.
Can I visit the parks outside the operating season?
Our parks are open from 1st March to 30th November annually. Seasonal touring pitches and holiday hires are unavailable outside these dates.
