Since 2003, we have been providing top-quality bespoke metalwork to industries nationwide. Our Services

At Wayland Sheet Metal & Fabrications, we take great pride in our ability to handle the entire metal fabrication process in-house. From initial CAD drawings to the finishing touches, we work closely with our customers to meet their exact requirements. Our capabilities include laser cutting, CNC punching, tube forming, bending, and welding, and we can manufacture metal components up to five tonnes in weight. We are also happy to undertake one-off and/or short production runs.

Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with the latest machinery, including a new Trumpf high-speed fibre 3030 laser cutting machine and new 100 and 170 tonne Amada HFE II CNC press brakes. We also have reliable punching facilities and TIG and MIG welding capabilities by our fully qualified welders.
