Our team of highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapists, including Karen Tomey and Katrin Clark, are registered with the Health Professions Council, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists. With extensive post-graduate training, our physiotherapists specialise in treating a wide range of conditions, from children to the elderly, and are skilled in various techniques such as manual therapy, manipulation, musculo-skeletal treatment, sports injuries, stress incontinence, and work station ergonomics.

- Full Clinical Assessment: At your first appointment, you will receive a thorough clinical assessment to give an accurate diagnosis of your condition. This is crucial to ensure that you receive the most effective treatment.
- Personalised Treatment Plan: We explain your condition to you in detail, taking your lifestyle and leisure activities into account when planning your treatment. All treatment is provided on a one-to-one basis with complete confidentiality.
- Modern Facilities: Our clinics, located in Billericay and Shenfield, are equipped with modern, well-equipped rooms, free parking, disabled access, and good public transport links.
- Home Visits: We understand that it may not always be possible for you to visit our clinic, and as such, we offer home visits when needed.
- Additional Services: We offer additional services such as acupuncture, manipulation, massage, soft tissue treatment, spinal traction, tailored exercise programmes, electrotherapy, ultrasound, biofeedback, core stability, postural correction, work station ergonomics, taping, self-treatment advice, post-operative care, pelvic floor treatment, mobility assessment, and injury prevention advice.

Treatment and Care
The treatment and care provided by Tomey Physio has been consistently excellent for both Liz Davies and her husband. Liz's husband has used their services for intermittent back pain, while Liz has sought treatment for sciatica and a severely sprained ankle.
Zoom Consultation
During the lockdown, Liz experienced a sprained shoulder and was able to receive a consultation via Zoom. Karen, the physiotherapist, assessed the situation and provided detailed exercises through a free app, including videos. Liz was also advised to purchase a pulley from Amazon to aid in her recovery. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the video consultation and aftercare were deemed excellent.
