Negative Experiences with a Legal Aid Firm
These two reviews share a common theme of dissatisfaction with a legal aid firm. The first reviewer, Mikhail, gave the firm 1-star and stated that they are more interested in making money than in solving the client's problems. This suggests that the firm prioritizes financial gain over providing quality service.
The second reviewer, Westpier, also gave the firm 1-star and described an "awful experience". They were on legal aid and were guilty, but the firm did the bare minimum to help them. The solicitor did little to no preparation, and the reviewer was left to prepare their own defence. Despite this, when the reviewer tried to complain to the firm, they received no response and were unable to find another firm to take on their case.
