Positive: Generally good place to rent, excellent, helpful service and pricing, very pleasant, very smooth transaction, deposit returned after vehicle checked over no problems whatsoever, excellent service, professional and the car was fine, lovely vehicles, fantastic service and quick, nice lads, good price and no issues with getting bond back, booked a car though them for a few days a couple of weeks ago hassle free good customer service would use them by choice rather then go back to enterprise hire.

Negative: Quibbled about small scratch/chip which was not caused by me whilst renting, could do with renting from 5pm onwards rather then 8am onwards, having hired cars from around the world it's disappointing to give a bad report on a local company, no mention was made at the time, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, van was very good as was the initial hire price, but deposit not returned in full with no explanation until chased, claimed the van was not returned with the correct level of fuel, always had great dealings with Michael but this time it wasn't him, booked car for 2 days but was told it was booked for 1 and my fault for not having conformation email, 2 weeks later and various visits to the office my deposit still not returned, after I refused to leave the office the police were called and my deposit was paid that day, rented a van which broke down, tried to contact peermonts no answer, fixed myself to return putting parts on van then payed for its full rental, waited for refund of parts to get fobbed off and promises of a call back never came, then after contacting them they lost the paperwork, do not want from these guys they are a joke, U will be lucky if the vehicle works, as the owner of this business pointed out, I haven't used this business (recently), as unfortunately they decided not to respond to my recent enquiry relating to the hire of a van, as they didn't bother to respond to my enquiry I decided to go elsewhere.
