Our Services
At Totally Mutts, we specialise in providing a professional grooming experience that prioritises the health and well-being of your pet. Our services cater to all breeds and include full grooming and styling, pedicures, hand-stripping, and a wash and brush up to maintain your dog's coat. Each session starts with a short consultation to discuss the needs and health of your dog, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable grooming experience.
Our state-of-the-art grooming facility features the latest equipment, including a hydro-bath that provides a warm, deep-massage bathing experience for your dog. The use of organic and paraben-free shampoos and conditioners during the hydro-bath ensures that your dog's coat is thoroughly cleaned and rinsed.
In addition to our hydro-bath, we offer a complete grooming and styling service that includes washing, drying, brushing out, styling, scissor finish, and nails clipped. We also provide ear cleaning and nail clipping services, as well as pawdicures that include paw pad trimming and the application of a soothing paw balm.
To ensure that your dog's teeth are healthy and free from plaque, we offer tooth brushing using Techmira Cleany Teeth ultrasound, which provides a deep and efficient antibacterial cleaning without causing any discomfort or harm to your dog.
Puppy Grooming
To help your puppy become familiar with the grooming process, Totally Mutts offers a gentle introduction service that will ensure your puppy becomes comfortable with the noise and feel of a grooming room and the various tools we use. Our puppy grooming service includes a wash, dry, brush out, nails clipped, and a pawdicure, if necessary.
Our Facilities
Our grooming facility is equipped with comfortable and hygienic cages for your pet's safety and comfort. While your dog is being groomed, they will receive undivided attention from start to finish without unnecessary waiting around in cages. However, if two dogs arrive together or collection is delayed, we may need to use our cages. We recommend bringing along your dog's favourite toys or blankets to help them feel more at home during their visit.
Fees
Our fees vary according to the size of each dog and their coat condition. We will agree on an individual price for your dog during your initial consultation and first visit, once all your specific requirements are confirmed. Regular grooming every 6-12 weeks is recommended to keep your dog's coat and skin healthy. As a guide, our prices are as follows:
- Puppies (introductory groom): 25
- Small breeds (short hair): 30
- Small breeds (long hair): 40
- Medium breeds (short hair): 45
- Medium breeds (long hair): 55
- Large breeds (short hair): 60
- Large breeds (long hair): 75
Opening Hours
Totally Mutts Dog Grooming Services is open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and on alternate Saturdays by appointment only.
