• It is completely dead
• It is very noisy, and the CD or DVD drive is not working

In these cases, our expert technicians will transport your computer to our workshop, where they will use the appropriate equipment and software to make the necessary repairs. We will collect your computer using a secure courier service and return the repaired device to you via the same means.

Our Rates

We offer competitive rates for our services, both for callouts and workshop repairs. Our hourly rate for callouts is 50 (up to one hour) and 35 for every additional hour. Our workshop repair rate is 100, which includes full diagnostic and fault finding labor for replacing faulty parts (not including charges for new parts). All prices include collection and return of your PC or laptop within the London area, and repairs typically take around 3-7 working days. Express repairs are also available; simply contact us to receive a quotation.
