As Guild Certified Commended Framers, we are proud members of the Fine Art Trade Guild, and we specialise in a variety of framing services from fine art to conservation and museum framing, gilding, and canvas stretching.
Our Commitment to the Environment
At blackShed, we are committed to sourcing sustainable materials from suppliers who can assure us that the timber used comes from fully managed and sustainable forests. We take pride in our own workshop practice and have partnered with a waste management company to recycle glass and board products where possible. We are making efforts to phase out plastic wrapping and have already removed bubble wrap from our practice, repurposing cardboard or wrapping that comes through our studios.
