Nicci Williams mentioned that the company uses people's driveways as parking spaces when doing work elsewhere and the driver's inconsiderate parking habits. Peter Mcfarlane had a poor experience as an HGV driver for the company, where he worked 50 hours but was only paid for 42.5 hours, and was expected to do a lot of labouring.
