Unreliable and Inaccurate Full Survey Experience
Several reviews highlight the distressing experience of relying on this company's full survey before buying a house. The company failed to document significant issues, resulting in costly remedial work to put right faults not documented. The reviewers mention numerous defects, including ceiling collapses, water staining, broken double glazing, and mouldy bathroom showers.
