Charlotte Springall Equestrian, incorporating Team Springall, is a leading equestrian specialist training centre based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. We are dedicated to promoting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals through our diverse range of services. Our mission is to work together with all young people, including those who are disadvantaged or vulnerable in some way, within the community.

Bespoke Riding Lessons

We offer bespoke riding lessons for adults and children of all abilities, tailored to meet the individual's needs and goals. Our experienced instructors provide one-on-one tuition, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for riders of all levels. We have a selection of safe, sensible horses, as well as well-schooled horses for advanced riders. For a unique and magical experience, we also provide unicorn rides, perfect for children's parties.

Stable Management and Mindfulness

Our stable management services teach riders the essential skills needed to care for horses and ponies. We believe that mindfulness and horsemanship go hand in hand, fostering a deeper connection between the rider and the horse. Our mindfulness with riding sessions helps riders develop focus, awareness, and emotional intelligence, enhancing their overall riding experience.

Autism Awareness and Inclusive Experiences

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that caters to riders with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum. Our autism awareness sessions help riders with autism better understand and connect with horses, while our adapted riding lessons cater to their unique abilities and learning styles.

Assisted DIY Livery and Adult Riding Experiences

Our assisted DIY livery services offer riders the opportunity to care for their horses in a supportive and nurturing environment. Additionally, we offer adults riding experiences, providing a safe and enjoyable space for adults to learn or improve their riding skills.

Team Springall

Team Springall specialises in facilitating an environment within Charlotte Springall Equestrian where vulnerable young people and those from disadvantaged backgrounds can learn to ride and look after horses and ponies. Our specialist team provides access to equine sports for those who would not necessarily get an opportunity, offering a range of benefits for all participants, including improved access to the rural environment, health and well-being, self-esteem, confidence, vocational skills, future prospects, and life skills.

Who Can Join Team Springall?

We welcome young people who face various challenges, such as those in foster care, young carers, victims of abuse, bullying, or neglect, NEET (not in Education, Employment or Training), homeless teenagers, and young people with physical and/or learning difficulties. We strive to encourage personal growth and a greater level of self-confidence, enabling them to participate more fully in school, college, work, or work experience.
