Alan Garnham, our Director and Tree Surgeon, boasts extensive experience in the timber trade since 1978. His son, Kristian Garnham, is our fourth-generation tree faller. Our team is fully trained and certified to operate all machines, first aid, and aerial rescue. Every piece of kit is thoroughly checked every six months for wear and tear, and every job undergoes a risk assessment before commencement for the safety of our team, the public, and buildings. Safety gear is always worn, and we hold 10 million public and employee liability insurance. Additionally, we are registered under the Control of Pollution Act with the Environment Agency for waste disposal.

Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs)
Most of East Anglia is in a conservation area, and many trees have a Tree Preservation Order (TPO). These TPOs are numbered, and no work is permitted on them without written permission from the region's tree preservation officer. Waveney Tree Specialists Ltd works very closely with them, and we will submit all necessary paperwork for permission at no extra charge. Exceptions to these strict rules are if the tree is dead, diseased, or dangerous.
