Our vinyl printing service produces perhaps the most durable custom printed T-shirts of all the four main custom T-shirt printing processes. Consequently, vinyl transfers are well suited to the production of custom workwear. We use a digitally-controlled cutter to cut a custom T-shirt design from a vinyl sheet, which is then removed from its backing sheet and applied to the garment using a heat press. The advantages of vinyl printing are that it is hard-wearing, washes well, and is fantastic for simple solid colour designs. Placement is done by hand, making it well-suited to simple text and designs. We can produce single-colour prints or overlay different colours of vinyl to produce some clever effects. The artwork is required in a vector format.
