At The Aesthetics Practice, we are a team of NHS GPs experienced in delivering high-quality care to patients and clients in Hertford, Hoddesdon, Ware, and Broxbourne. We created our clinic as a skin and cosmetic therapy centre, providing treatments solely delivered by ourselves. Our Services
We provide a range of therapies, including the use of Botulinum Toxin Type A to improve skin quality and appearance and reduce wrinkle formation. You may know Botulinum Toxin Type A products as Botox, Dysport, Azzalure, or Bocouture. These can correct facial wrinkles such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet, and smooth lines around the mouth. We also provide medical treatments for several conditions such as excessive underarm sweating (hyperhidrosis), migraine prevention, and bruxism.
Our team, led by Dr Robert Mayson, has many years of experience in minor surgery and has applied their knowledge in areas that are not available on the NHS. We believe that each client is unique, with their own expectations, needs, and medical history, and we tailor our treatments appropriately. Our philosophy is centered around the idea that 'less is more', and we believe that a natural result needs a delicate and patient touch.

We will only provide treatments we feel are indicated, and if a client requests treatments that may harm their physical or mental health, we will do our best to ensure they get the safest treatment, whether that be medical or psychological, in conjunction with their GP.
