Our Contract Administration and Project Monitoring services include the preparation of detailed Specifications and Schedules of Works, inviting tenders from reputable building contractors, analyzing and reporting tender submissions, arranging contract documentation, and fulfilling the role of Project Coordinator under the Construction Design and Management Regulations. We also provide valuation and certification services for works in progress and at practical completion, as well as agreeing final accounts and arranging for rectification works.
