Had a terrible interaction with Martin Jordan who is representing your Nottingham territory. I'm a landlord and politely texted for a quotation - I asked if it could be put on an email as I'm running a business and need something relatively formal for tax purposes. He refused and proceeded to quote me over text - unprofessional and unhelpful. When I questioned this I was told "no problem, I'm busy for the next 3 weeks". Totally petulant and rude for what reason? What a great representation of your company.
