Puma Martial Arts

PUMA is a national organization with over 100 martial arts schools spread across the country. Our schools offer Taekwon-do, kickboxing, and self-defence classes for individuals of all ages and experience levels. We take pride in our highly skilled and experienced instructors who are committed to helping you achieve your martial arts goals.

We are dedicated to ensuring that our students receive the best possible instruction, and we are constantly striving to improve our teaching methods.

We are also committed to the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of all our students. Our Child Safeguarding Policy is in place to ensure that our students are safe and protected while they are in our care. We require all our instructors to re-qualify in first aid and child safeguarding every three years to ensure that they are up to date with current practices.

Our Styles

At PUMA, we offer a range of martial arts styles to suit different interests and abilities.

• Taekwon-do: Taekwon-do is a Korean martial art that emphasizes kicks, strikes, and blocks. It is a highly effective form of self-defence, and it also provides a great workout. Our Taekwon-do classes are suitable for adults and juniors aged seven and above.
• Kickboxing: Kickboxing is a martial art that combines elements of boxing and kicking. It is a high-intensity workout that is great for building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Our kickboxing classes are suitable for adults and juniors aged seven and above.
• Little Puma's: Little Puma's is a modern method of teaching children aged four to six. We use martial arts as a training platform for all-round physical and mental development. Our Little Puma's classes are designed to be fun and engaging, and they help children develop important life skills such as discipline, respect, and confidence.
