Cancellation Policy
We require 72 hours notice for cancellations, and we kindly ask our clients to be mindful of our other clients on the waiting list. Failure to provide notice may result in a penalty of 25 added to your salon account. We send out text reminders 7 days prior to your appointment to remind you.

Wedding Services
Our wedding services include an initial consultation with the bride to discuss her requirements for the big day. We offer a wedding trial for the bride and her bridesmaids (if required) to prepare for the bridal party, regardless of numbers. We require 72 hours notice for cancellations, and all prices are inclusive of VAT.
