Pilates Studios

Our clinics are equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates studios, including mat Pilates classes and Pilates reformer studios, suitable for all levels and abilities. We are proud to have been trailblazers in introducing the combined physio Pilates method to Liverpool since 2007 and offer bespoke Pilates classes and rehabilitation sessions using the latest equipment and techniques.

Women's Health

We have a team of specialist Women's Health Physiotherapists, including our Clinic Director, Sarah Johnson, who has extensive experience in treating women's health issues. Our services include Natal checks after birth, Pelvic Health Checks, C-Section Scar Therapy, and Acupuncture in Pregnancy and Women's Health. We also offer Menopause Pelvic Health Checks, which can help women proactively manage their symptoms and improve their overall health.
