Disappointing Experiences
Laguna Motorcycles seem to have let some customers down, with several reviews highlighting poor service and disappointing experiences. Fred Straw and Stephen Townsend, both gave the dealer 1-star reviews after their purchases did not live up to expectations. Fred's experience with Triumph D2053 OAT motorcycle coolant was particularly frustrating, with the dealer unable to deliver the product on time and then refusing to provide a replacement or refund. Stephen, who took his Triumph Tiger 1200 XCA in for its annual service, was shocked to find that the workshop would no longer service Triumph adventure bikes, opting to direct him to their other shop instead.
Positive Feedback
Despite these negative reviews, it's clear that not all experiences with Laguna Motorcycles have been bad. WalkerSport Ferrari Racing, Ryan Coates, Steve Ridgway, Brett Cunningham, and Ian Funnell all gave the dealer 5-star reviews, praising the staff for their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service. WalkerSport Ferrari Racing bought a KTM 890R from the dealer and commended them for their support, while Ryan Coates praised Tim Hayward for his efficient and transparent sales process. Steve Ridgway was impressed with the MOT service he received, and both Brett Cunningham and Ian Funnell had positive experiences buying their new bikes from the dealer.
