Berwick Garden Centre, a proud supplier of gardening essentials and gifts for over 40 years, is conveniently located on the A1 by-pass of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Our garden centre proudly serves customers from both Scotland and England, providing a wide range of products and services to meet all your gardening needs.
Our business first opened its doors as a small nursery in 1983, and has since expanded into a reputable multi-department site with a two-storey licensed restaurant. Our knowledgeable team of staff are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality plants and expert advice. The success of our Berwick location led to the opening of two additional centres in Dunbar and Plantsplus Garden Centre, Ponteland.
Our Departments
At Berwick Garden Centre, our various departments are designed to complement the needs of our shoppers. Our garden department boasts a wide selection of seasonal plants, outdoor furniture, compost, and wild bird food. We also offer a pets and aquatics department, as well as a local farm shop, where customers can find fresh produce and locally sourced products. Our restaurant is a popular destination for visitors, serving home-cooked meals daily.

Berwick Garden Centre and Restaurant is the perfect stop on the A1 between Scotland and England. Our garden centre is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Sunday from 10:30am to 4:30pm, and our restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. We look forward to serving you!
