- Robert Armstrong Jnr- Managing Director: Robert, the most Senior member of our team, is the fourth generation to take over the family surfacing business. He has a natural ability to problem-solve, organise work, and manage and lead a team, and is known for his exceptional customer service.
- Richard Armstrong- Managing Director: Richard is our lead heavy machinery operator, with a specialisation in the 360* excavator and bulldozer. As Contracts Manager, he oversees all civil engineering projects, setting out jobs, levels, kerbing and drainage, and driving the Tar Spreader.
- Kevin Donaghy- Surfacing Engineer and Sales Manager: Kevin attended Jordanstown University and is responsible for estimating and managing commercial and private projects, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and expanding the company's customer base.
