Biglands Bakery is a reputable, family-run business that has been serving the community for over 15 years. Our bakery is located at 120 St Marys Street, a place that has been home to a bakery for over 200 years. We are proud to continue the tradition of craft-baking, using time-honoured methods to create fresh, high-quality bread and baked goods.
At Biglands Bakery, we prioritise customer satisfaction and provide excellent value-for-money. We understand the importance of consistently excellent produce and reliable early deliveries, which is why we bake every night and deliver fresh the next morning. Our bread is made with the finest locally-milled English flour from local producers and is hand made, moulded, and baked on site. We source all our produce locally where possible and carefully select the finest ingredients to ensure the highest quality.
Our Bread
We offer an extensive range of bread products, including brioche buns, white bloomers, wholemeal and granary sandwich loaves, seeded or floured burger buns, torpedo rolls, hot dog rolls, and bloomer loaves. We specialise in creating artisan breads, such as sourdough, that are prepared in any way you like, including as bloomers or farmhouse loaves.
