Hazel Brook: Fine Artist and Illustrator

Hazel Brook, a co-founder of Graphic Ideas, is a highly skilled and accomplished fine artist and illustrator. She studied at Croydon College of Art and has since built an impressive portfolio of work. Hazel regularly exhibits her paintings and monotypes in both public and commercial art galleries and has been commissioned to design a number of site-specific works in vitreous enamel and etched glass.

Her first artist's book, "To paint a portrait of a bird, " consisting of illustrations to a poem by Jacques Prevert, was published by Graphic Ideas in 1994. She is currently working on a second book, "At the limits of nature, " featuring illustrations to poems by twentieth century poets on the theme of liberty and the environment.

Hazel's work has been showcased in numerous exhibitions, including the RSA Spring Exhibition, Rye Art Gallery, Works on Paper, Rye Art Gallery, Rye Society of Artists, Discerning Eye, Mall Galleries, London, British Painting 3, Bermondsey Project Space, Monochrome, Rye Art Gallery, Christmas Show, West End House Art Gallery, Smarden, Kent, and many more.

Jeremy Brook: Graphic Designer and Illustrator

Jeremy Brook, co-founder of Graphic Ideas, is a highly experienced graphic designer and illustrator. He studied at Wimbledon School of Art, Croydon College of Art, and the Royal College of Art. Jeremy has designed numerous publications for museums, art galleries, and arts organisations throughout the UK. He has also taught part-time at the London College of Printing and Ravensbourne.
