Among these are experienced joiners, apprentices, production, technical, and administrative personnel, many of whom have been with the company since their apprenticeships.

The company has been under the guidance of the former general manager Mike Cascarina and is now owned by him. Over the years, it has grown from strength to strength by continuously increasing its workforce, expanding its premises, and upgrading its machinery, such as the acquisition of a state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC routing machine that allows it to handle large volumes of work with reduced delivery timescales.
