Hidden Gem and Beautiful Location
The Lakeside Caravan Park is described as a hidden gem and absolutely beautiful by one reviewer. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond, making it a tranquil, relaxing, and much-needed holiday destination. The park is also dog-friendly, with the reviewer's dog enjoying the holiday as much as they did.
Poor Customer Service and Dispute
However, there have been complaints about the customer service at Dinna Dinell Park. A reviewer reported that their parents had a van on the site and were asked to move it due to an overbooking issue. The reviewer felt that the handling of the situation was disgusting, especially given that their father has cancer and the staff were aware of this. There was also an issue with a rude response from the staff when the complaint was made.
