Can I get refunds for tickets?
Refunds aren't available for view obstruction due to dancing audiences. Event cancellations receive full ticket price refunds excluding service fees.
How do I book tickets?
Book online with digital ticket options, by phone during box office hours, or by post with cheque payment at least 10 days before events.
What parking options exist?
Limited rear theatre parking available with additional street spaces in Park Road. South Parade Car Park restricted after 4:30pm on weekdays and all day Sundays.

Child concessions apply for under 16s where specified. Theatre members and selected groups may receive discounts as advertised for individual performances.
What happens if an event is postponed?
Tickets automatically transfer to new dates. If unavailable, contact us for refunds of ticket face value excluding all service charges.
