Friends, family, and customers of Robert Howes and his wife Ley kept mentioning their desire to find a place where items large and small could be housed in total safety. In response, Ley was the driving force behind creating Fuzzy Lemon Self Storage, situated behind the Birstall Mill showroom on Bradford Road.
