Demolition
We operate an extensive company-owned, maintained, and modern fleet of specialist plant and equipment. Our team's experience produces value-engineered solutions, efficient programming, risk reduction, and value for money to our many clients. We specialise in floor by floor, top-down, high-reach, remote-controlled, and hand demolition.
Rail & Civils
Our Rail & Civils division is a best practice leader in its field, being the first point of contact for UK civil engineering companies considering complex bridge demolition. Our flexible and adaptable possession strategy has resulted in a highly regarded reputation within the rail industry. As a RISQS approved contractor, we have set the standard in rail demolition.
Asbestos Removal
We are HSE Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractors and full contracting members (6032) of ARCA, the most recognised trade association in the asbestos industry. Each project is managed in-house by our highly trained Asbestos Managers. We further de-risk this element by providing a lump sum, all-risk removal cost if we are working from our own programme.
Refurbishment Strip-Out
We provide seamless strip-out programmes enabling our clients to repurpose existing building stock. We provide solutions that allow areas to be transformed for re-use. We take responsibility for removing all non-structural elements inside and outside of a building to facilitate demolition, refurbishment, or re-modelling works.
