• Kevin Cotton, Founder and Consultant, has led Broadland Construction for over 30 years. His extensive experience and knowledgeable guidance have been instrumental in shaping the company's success.
• Robert Kingsland, Pre Construction Director, joined Broadland Construction in 2007. He is responsible for pre-construction activities, bid management, tendering, estimating, and the strategic development of the company.
• Matthew Nicholls, Construction Director, joined Broadland Construction in 2013. He oversees contracts management and design management across live projects.
