Failed Expectations
Pure Windows has received a string of negative reviews from customers who have experienced poor service and subpar workmanship. One of the major issues is the lack of professionalism and responsibility shown by the company. Two customers, Lidia Matusiak and Daniel Draper, have reported that Pure Windows failed to honour its quality guarantee, leading to ongoing issues with their installations.
Unreliable and Unresponsive
Lidia Matusiak's experience was particularly unfortunate. She purchased a new build property and hired Pure Windows to fix a lock on her sash window. The contractor fixed the lock, but in the process, cracked the glass panel. Despite promising to replace the panel, Pure Windows later refused to take any responsibility, leaving Lidia feeling stunned and helpless.
Daniel Draper also had a similar experience. He had a set of windows, doors, and a conservatory roof installed a year ago, but the roof gutter has been dripping months, and one window lock is broken. Despite phoning daily for months, Daniel has been met with a lack of response from Pure Windows.
