Intimidation and Censorship
The reviews suggest that Heybridge Primary School may be overzealous in its management of online reviews. One reviewer, who had given the school a bad rating, reported that the school "literally forced" them to give up their account details so that the school could change their password. Furthermore, the school appears to have deleted the review in question. Another reviewer mentioned that the school posted a newsletter encouraging parents not to criticize the school on Facebook.
