P. Allison & Sons Demolition Contractors Limited is a long established company started by Peter Allison over 40 years ago and then joined by his sons in 1978. The Company carries out various demolition contracts, both in commercial and domestic premises, in and around the South East. We believe health & safety is paramount wherever we are working and is considered first and foremost. It is our aim to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our staff, clients and other people affected by our works. We undertake projects in various locations covering London and the South East including Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey. All our work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and legislation. Our staff receive regular training and have many years of knowledge and experience gained from within the industry.

We offer a comprehensive range of demolition services to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Our team of experienced demolition operatives is able to carry out services efficiently and safely at all times. We provide an extensive range of services such as controlled demolition of commercial, residential, and industrial properties, site clearance, removal of contaminated waste, internal strip out, emergency demolition work, and asbestos removal. Health and Safety is imperative in our company, and all our work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and legislation. We specialise in all aspects of demolition, dismantling, site clearance, internal strip out, diamond drilling, wall and floor sawing, asbestos removal, and skip hire.

In House Plant and Equipment

We have our own plant and equipment which is maintained to a very high standard. This, along with our fully CITB trained operatives, enables us to carry out our services safely and efficiently at all times. All demolition works are carried out in accordance with BS6187.

Asbestos Services

We have held a full asbestos licence for over 20 years and are able to offer a full range of asbestos services.
