Our History
Jones Estate Agents was founded by Walter Jones in 1975, and his son Mark and daughter-in-law Deborah took over the family business in 2006. They opened their new High Street premises, determined to carry on the family business and build on the excellent reputation established by Walter over the years. With a family-run business, we pride ourselves on offering a very personal touch and going that extra mile to help our clients make a successful move.

Excellent Communication and Professionalism
Many reviewers have praised the agencies for their excellent communication and professionalism. The staff at Jones Estate Agents are described as "lovely", "helpful", and "professional", making the process of buying or selling a home a smooth and stress-free experience.
However, there are some negative comments to be noted.
Disappointing Experience
Some reviewers have had a disappointing experience with the agency. Alicia Thompson rates the agency as 1 star and writes that they have received poor support and that their rental property was left in a dirty state. Jason Murphy mentions that the original sale fell through and the agency found a new buyer, but there was no mention of how they handled the communication with the buyer.
Rental Issues
