Company Performance and Customer Service

Positive Feedback
Ian Crook, who rated Wildax 5 stars, appreciated the excellent after-sales support provided by Lisa and the team. Jack Beattie, another 5-star reviewer, also praised the support and resolution of a warranty issue by Duncan, Lisa, and Jamie, describing them as an outstanding team.
Negative Feedback
Colin Coupar, who rated Wildax 1 star, was disappointed with the insulation of his Europa model, stating that it was poorly done, and the factory job on the doors was shocking. He had to insulate the doors himself and was not happy with the overall workmanship.
Topdog Inuk, who also gave a 1-star rating, had a nightmare experience with the company and their dealer, E.S. Hartley. They experienced numerous faults with their new campervan, including a leaking door, and were unhappy with the customer service they received.
Simon O'Connell, another 1-star reviewer, was unhappy with the company's response to the faults in his vehicle, which included a potentially lethal issue. He felt that the company was arrogant and dismissive in their response to his concerns.
