Customer Service and Efficiency
The customers of Pasha Recycling were generally pleased with the customer service and efficiency provided by the company. For instance, Od praised the forklift driver for being fast and efficient during delivery, giving the service a 5-star rating. Similarly, Robert Davey rated the service 4 stars, appreciating the efficiency despite a long reverse route from the road to the weighbridge.
Challenges with Parking and Access
However, several customers encountered issues with parking and access. Ross Messenger had a frustrating experience, waiting from 7:45 am with no one showing up until 9:30 am. He rated the service 1 star and described the place as a "hole" with no parking available. Steve Murfitt advised fellow lorry drivers to park on the road and walk up to the office due to the lack of parking space on the site. Despite the challenges, he still gave the service a 4-star rating, commending the staff for their assistance once inside.
Logistical Issues
