We offer two main levels of house surveys: RICS Home Survey Level 2 (Survey only) and RICS Home Survey Level 3 (Building Survey). Our RICS Home Survey Level 2 (Survey only) provides an easy-to-understand traffic light condition-rating system, while our RICS Home Survey Level 3 (Building Survey) offers a full report on the construction and property condition.
